This is a stunning matched pair of sugar and creamers in a fitted box from F. B. Thomas Co. London. The sugar and creamer are very early sterling or coin silver. The coins are in amazing shape looks like these were kept in the fitted box never used after they were made in 1800's. The silver has floral repousse designs all around. The creamer has a silver shilling from 1709 of Queen Anne it reads Anna Dei Gratia. The Latin legends translate as "Anne by the grace of God" on obverse, and on the reverse "Queen of Great Britain, France and Ireland." The open sugar has a Georges II English silver coin dated 1743. Coins in this condition have prices all over from 500 to 5,000. Rare to find them in this condition. They measure 3.25 wide by 1.25 inches high, weight 71.4 grams.
