This is a stunning large vintage rutilated quartz pendant with rubies and diamonds set in 14K yellow gold. The rutilated quartz has unique structure inside. There are 22 round white diamonds I color SI-1 clarity total weight .22 carats. The 5 rubies are simulated nice color. The pendant measures 68mm high by 20mm wide.
