Pair of Original Whipple Lemon Lime Still Life Oil Paintings

This is a stunning pair of original Lemon and Lime still life paintings by Frank Whipple (1923-2016). These oil on board paintings are extremely detailed and well done. The matching frames measure 11 by 11 inches excellent condition image size 5 by 5 inches. Frank Whipple was a well-known artist who had a store on Sunset Blvd. that attracted the patronage of Hollywood luminaries like Frank Sinatra, Cary Grant, Henry Fonda and John Wayne. A similar lime painting was sold Christies that was in White House from the Ronold Regan estate for $17,500.
