Antique Victorian Cherub Gold Silver Rose Cut Diamond Crown Brooch

This is a stunning early Victorian brooch c.1840 designed with cherubs holding a crown surrounded by diamonds. The cherubs are silver fully sculptured with amazing detail. The crown portion is gold with 21 rose cut diamonds around it estimated weight .42 carats. The back pin is in good condition and has loupe where another piece of jewelry could hang. Brooch measures 42mm wide by 21mm high. Weight 14.0 grams, Cab be cleaned and polished I did not want to ruin the original patina for the new owner.
