Vintage Tiffany and Co Sterling Silver Gilt Acorn Pill Box. This is a beautiful and rare Tiffany & Co acorn pill box with a gilt top and inside. The box is marked Tiffany & CO. Sterling. The box is in excellent condition opens and closes tightley. Measures 1 3/4" inches high by 7/8" inch wide. This could also be used as a thimble box.
