Original Art Deco 2.25 Carat Sapphire Diamonds Platinum 18K Gold Ring. This is a beautiful original Art Deco ring c.1930. It is set with a 2.25 carat natural blue rectangular faceted sapphire. In addition to the sapphire there are 16 rose cut diamonds and 4 custom cut sapphires set in platinum. Total gem weight 2.50 carats. The ring is marked 18c on the ring shank. The ring has a filigree design between the diamonds. Ring size 7-1/4. The face of the ring measures 13mm x 11mm. Weight 3.5 grams. Excellent condition.
