Antique Art Nouveau French Griffin Diamond Pearl 18K Gold Brooch. This is a beautiful antiue Art Nouveau griffin brooch that can also be used as a pendant. The brooch is a fully sculptured depicting a detailed griffin holding a diamond. The griffin's tail is circling a pearl that measures 4mm in diameter. The old mine cut diamond measures .07 carats I color SI-1 clarity. The back of the pendant has etching and detail with French gold hallmarks. The pin portion has a safety lock and secures tightly. Because of the shape and pin placement this brooch will look great as a pendant worn on a chain. The brooch is in excellent condition. It measures 40mm high x 15mm wide. Weight 11.1 grams.
