Vintage V-Shape Diamonds Sapphire 18K Yellow Gold Ring. This is beautiful vintage ring set with 24 diamonds and 1 pear shaped sapphire. The ring is marked 750 for 18K yellow gold. The 24 diamonds are white and fiery I color VS-2 clarity with a total weight of .24 carats. The pear shaped sapphire is natural with amazing color and great clarity. Approximately .40 carats. This ring can be used as a stacking ring with a matching design in ruby that we have for sale. Check out item #46193 if interested. The ring is in excellent condition. Weight 3.4 grams.
