Vintage V-Shape Diamonds Ruby 18K Yellow Gold Ring. This is beautiful vintage ring set with 24 diamonds and 1 pear shaped ruby. The ring is marked 750 for 18K yellow gold. The 24 diamonds are white and fiery I color VS-2 clarity with a total weight of .24 carats. The pear shaped ruby is natural with amazing color and great clarity. Approximately .40 carats.
