Vintage Cabochon Ruby Diamonds 18K Yellow Gold Ring

This is a beautiful vintage 18k yellow gold ring with a natural cabochon ruby and two diamonds. The ring has a unique zig zag pattern on the shank. The cabochon ruby has nice deep red color and good clarity. Two diamonds are I color VS-2 clarity total weight .06 carats. Ring marked 18KZ and numbered. Ring Size 6 1/4, Weight 4.5 grams, Ring measures 7mm wide.
