Vintage Designer Bypass 2.40 C Diamond Ruby 18k Yellow Gold Ring. This is a beautiful vintage ring marked 18k with S designer mark. There are 12 fiery white H Color VS2 clarity diamonds. Each diamond is .20 carats each total weight 2.40 carats. On the top and bottom are ruby cabochons. The ring is in excellent conditon, face of the ring measures 15mm wide, Ring Size 7 1/2, Weight 9.2 grams
